This event is THE fundraiser of the year for all elementary students, as we do not ask individual students or classrooms to sell items or fundraise throughout the year. Instead, we hold this one big school/community event to promote our school, facilities and fun with an activity that everyone can participate with their friends and family! This family fun event has something for everyone. A 5K bike ride, 5K run/walk and 400m kids fun run! Proceeds from the Beaver Bolt fund the Augusta Elementary School POPS activity account. The POPS account is used to pay the cost of field trips, classroom activities, needs that arise to support our students, supplies, and hosting parent/community education events. This event happens rain or shine!
Due to construction and the need to keep all participants safe, the 10th Annual Beaver Bolt will be DELAYED and will not occur this spring as usual. Watch for a Fall 2024 date to be announced later this school year!
